Booth Equipment

Provided Booth Package will include: 8' Pipe and drape 3' siderail ID sign.

Please note: Loading docks will close at 5pm daily. Exhibitors may continue setup until 9pm Tuesday thru Thursday. All material must be removed from the Aisles by 4pm on Thursday the 27th.

  • Shipments should arrive between 8am-3:30pm
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after February 21st 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
  • Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on that option in the left hand menu
  • Receiving Hours: 8am-3:30pm
